The role of a Notary Public involves constant communication. A Notary will use verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with their clients. We also sometimes forget that written communication skills play a large part in business and are very important to success. This course will cover these 3 groups and more and get you on your way to improved communications.  

What happens when you do not integrate superior communication skills with your career or business? You will not reach your maximum potential and may not be satisfied with what you pursue. This course is intended to help Notaries build, develop and polish their communication skills so that their notary business can flourish.
